Accommodation Options:
Goodland Fountain: Accommodates between 50 to 180 persons. Subminimum occupation: 50 persons. Each bed is supplied with a mattress and fitted sheet.
Casa Riparia: Accommodates 10 to 20 persons. Subminimum occupation: 10 persons. Each bed is supplied with a mattress and fitted sheet.
Non-Refundable Booking Deposit:
Deposits are required to secure your booking. These must accompany the booking form as soon as the date has been confirmed. The booking process follows a "first come, first serve" basis.
Goodland Fountain: R4000
Casa Riparia: R2000
Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received and reflects in our bank account, alongside a signed booking form.
Final Payments:
Final payments are due one week before the camp date.
Cancellations:
For cancellations made more than two months before the camp date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations within two months of the camp date will result in the loss of the deposit, unless the date is filled with another booking.
Arrival and Departure Times:
Weekdays:
Arrival: After 15:00
Departure: By 09:00 (rooms must be vacated by 08:00)
Late room vacating after 09:00 will incur an additional charge for a separate day.
Weekends:
Arrival: 15:00 on Friday
Departure: By 14:00 on Sunday unless prior arrangement for later departure is made.
Noise and Alcohol:
Alcohol and loud music are not permitted.
Visitors are requested to avoid “sport stadium-type organized shouting” after sunset, with quiet hours enforced after 22:00.
Fireworks are prohibited.
Visitor Requirements - What to bring:
Own duvets, blankets, pillows, and towels.
Own crockery (cups, plates) and cutlery (knives, forks, spoons).
The venue does not provide projectors, sound systems, or whiteboards.
General Terms:
Quiet time starts at 22:00, with lights out by 23:00.
Goodland Estate will not be held liable for any accidents or loss of person or property during your stay.
Site Visits:
Visitors are welcome to arrange a site visit a day or two in advance.
