Goodland Fountain

  • Accommodates 60 - 100 persons (Lockdown Level 1)
  • Sub minimum occupation: 60
  • Beds are supplied with a mattress and fitted sheet each

Kamp Reynard

  • Accommodates 20 - 30 persons (Lockdown Level 1)
  • Sub minimum occupation: 20
  • Beds are supplied with a mattress and fitted sheet each

Casa Riparia

  • Accommodates 10 persons (Lockdown Level 1)
  • Sub minimum occupation: 10
  • Beds are supplied with a mattress and fitted sheet each

 

Deposit

Deposits must accompany the booking form as soon as possible after the date has been confirmed. We work on a "first come, first serve" base.

A deposit is payable to secure your booking: 

  • Goodland Fountain  R3000,
  • Kamp Reynard        R2000,
  • Casa Riparia           R1000

The following deposits are payable to secure a booking:

  • Goodland Fountain -  R3000
  • Kamp Reynard - R2000
  • Casa Riparia - R1000

Your booking will only be confirmed when the funds are reflected in our bank account, and we have received your signed booking form.

 

Final payments

Final payments are made one week before the camp.

 

Cancellations

COVID-19 Lockdown Policy: If a change in Lockdown level after November 2020 force a camp to be cancelled the full deposit will be refunded. 

Apart from Lockdown, if cancellation is made more than two months before the camp date, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded.

Cancellation within two months of the camp date will result in loss of deposit unless we are still able to fill the date with another booking.

 

 

Arrival and Departure times

Weekdays

Set weekday arrival time:  after 12:00

Set departure time:  by 09:00

Bedrooms and dormitories must be vacated by  08:00 on the day of departure

 

*  Vacating rooms after 09:00 will be charged as a separate day.

*  The use of the venue after 09:00 on the day of departure has to be pre-booked as a separate day and will be charged at the venue day fee.

 

Weekends

Arrival times 17:00 on Friday and

Departure by 14:00 on Sunday, vacating the bedrooms by noon

 

Music and alcohol

No alcohol or loud music "Boom Boxes" is allowed. Camp leaders are requested to take personal responsibility for proper conduct of their group in this regard.

While the sounds of people having fun are welcomed, visitors are requested to refrain from "sport stadium type organised shouting" after sunset and required to be quiet after 22:30. 

 

Visitors must provide the following:

  • Own duvets, blankets, sleeping bags, pillows and towels
  • Own crockery (cups and plates) and cutlery (knives, forks and spoons)

 

Goodland Estate will in no way be held liable for any accident or loss to person or property that any visitor may suffer.
